TUITION AND FEES FOR 2011/2012 Student Fees: (Includes registration, book use, computer fee, and materials.)
· $25.00 deposit must be paid with registration form to hold a space for your child.
· $150.00 total per child if paid in full by June 30 2011. ($25.00 deposit plus $125.00 remainder)..
· $175.00 total per child if paid in full after June 30 2011. ($25.00 deposit plus
$150.00 remainder).
Fund Raising: Each family tuition contract will include $250.00 in profits through family fund raising activities. There are also required activities through the PTO or Home and School Organization. Transportation: Bus service is available – Arrangements must be made through Our Lady of Guadalupe School. (space is limited; Bus travels a limited route) $100.00 per month the first child $20.00 per month for each additional child at the same address Tuition: Tuition scholarships based on family gross income may be available through the Central City School Fund. Applications are available through the school office. Tax forms are required.
Parish Rate: K-8 Must be registered members of Cathedral, Guardian Angels, Good Council, Our Lady of Perpetual Help/Redemptorist, Our Lady of Sorrow, or Sacred Heart-Guadalupe.
